You can ENTER ONLINE or DOWNLOAD THE FORMS.  Enter all required information and submit online - or mail or fax entry forms to us.

When entering more spirits than the downloaded entry form provides, please photocopy the entry form pages.

The Raise A Glass International Spirits Competition is open to all commercial distilleries and spirits producers from anywhere in the world. Spirits may be entered by the distillery, or by their distributors and/or importers.

Please carefully review the Class Listing and choose the correct class entry number for your Spirits. 

Every entry must include a class entry code number, as listed in this form. We reserve the right to change a entry class number if we deem it necessary.

The price information requested is for suggested retail value in the United States. All prices must be listed in US Dollars. All spirits should be priced according to the bottle size entered (eg. $30.00 per 750ml)

Please make sure to ship THREE (3) bottles for each entry.

Please package securely to prevent breakage.
