Hailing from a small suburban town in Westchester County, NY, Dara has been in the hospitality industry for 17 years. Working in Boston and Melbourne, Australia, before moving to Rochester, in 2016, Dara spent the last decade honing her craft cocktail bartending skills and learning the history of both true and modern classics. Dara is passionate about education and sharing her ever growing knowledge with guests, but she is most passionate about community and building relationships.
